Conduct & Discipline Guidelines

The following Conduct and Discipline guidelines are imposed by the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center, NOT Alcoholics Anonymous®. All violations or complaints will be addressed by the Board.

Conduct

To ensure the safety and security of everyone attending meetings at Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center, the following are not permitted on premises:

  • Extreme threats or acts of violence
  • Brandishing a weapon
  • Acts of property damage
  • Repeated unwanted sexual advances
  • Use of illegal drugs
  • Repeatedly disrupting meetings to the point where the meeting cannot proceed
  • Dogs (must be a service dog, must be on a leash)
  • Smoking/vaping outside of designated area

 

Violations will result in disciplinary action and may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the premises.

Discipline Guidelines

If violations of the Meeting Conduct occur, witnesses are encouraged to fill out a Discipline Request Form, which can be completed below. Paper forms are available in the first floor hallway on the table to the right.

IMPORTANT!

If there is a serious concern for the health and/or safety of anyone on the premises, call the authorities IMMEDIATELY. Such circumstances include:

  • Extreme threats or acts of violence
  • Brandishing a weapon
  • Sexual Assault
  • Medical Emergencies
  • Acts of property damage

If the authorities have been brought in, please call the Board Chair and email both boardchair@saddlebackfellowship.com and steeringchair@saddlebackfellowship.com.
