Important Announcements from the OCTOBER 16th Steering Committee Meeting:
Thanksgiving Day Marathon Meetings & Potluck: 
Join us on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2022, for fellowship and meetings EVERY hour. The opening meeting starts at 6 AM and the closing meeting starts at 11 PM. Secretaries are needed for each meeting. There will also be FREE food and beverages provided throughout the day.
Please be on the look out for sign up sheets in the coming weeks for secretaries, volunteers and potluck donations needs. Check back regularly for the most recent Thanksgiving Marathon & Potluck post.

During last month’s meeting, we voted in favor of adding two new positions to the Steering Committee; Registrar and Commitment Coordinator. This month, nominations were made and new members voted in.

AA Big Book Submissions:
Do you want to tell your story? The trustees’ Literature Committee of AA is seeking a wide range of A.A. experience, strength and hope from the Fellowship.

All secretaries please be on the lookout for the downstairs whiteboard being revised in the next few weeks. When this happens, please add your name to your meeting AND email your contact info to registrar@saddlebackfellowship.com. Email the following info in this order:
