Important Announcements from the Steering Committee Meeting:
7th Tradition & Group Treasurer Report
Our Treasurer reports that our net income from 7th Tradition Donations for the month is (-$2,097.88), mostly due to the Chips and Lit expenses that were skipped last month and doubled this month. We also had a lower than average contribution amount, which historically happens in December.

Rent for Suites 101 and 200 will be increasing in 2026. The keys for the downstairs restrooms will also be changing in January. Lights will be put up around the perimeter upstairs and some wiring changes will be made so the fans can run
without lights. We will also be putting up a display case for Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center merchandise.
Memberships are available! Anyone interested in becoming a contributing member of the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center can find more information here.
The Board will be sponsoring a Membership Drive with a target goal of 250 members, which will enable us to hire a club manager. Details to follow.

Secretary Announcements
Theft is still a problem. Any members with information on the thefts of the 7th Tradition donations are encouraged to come forward to either the Steering Committee Chair, the Board, or to fill out a Discipline Request Form. Paper forms are available in the first floor hallway on a table to the right. An electronic form can be submitted at this link.
Our new group of Meeting Secretaries will be voted in and will start in January.
The Secretary Workshop will be held on January 11th. All new Meeting Secretaries are encouraged to attend.
Intergroup
The vote for the Lifeline decision has been pushed back to January.
The South County Call Center has openings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday, 5-9pm. Please visit OCAA or see Gabby for more information.
