7th Tradition & Group Treasurer Report
Our Treasurer reports that our net income from 7th Tradition Donations for the month is ($240.78). We are a little tighter than normal, but that is typical during the holidays.
From the Board
ELECTIONS for two out of three open positions on the Board were held. The group elected to hold off on electing for the third position so a member of Al-Anon can be nominated to fill that role.

Secretary Announcements
SECRETARY CHANGING OF THE GUARD
All meetings should have voted in a new secretary by the first meeting held in January. All new Secretaries need to provide Wanda, our Registrar, with their information. It is also recommended that all meeting Secretaries attend the Steering Committee meeting on the third Sunday of every month at 3:45 pm (excluding holidays) and/or Subscribe to our Newsletter to get all Announcements delivered to their inbox.
NEW KEYS AND KEY CHECK-OUT SYSTEM
Due to repeated complaints of vandalism in the bathrooms and unauthorized entry into the building, we have replaced the locks and will be providing new keys to all meeting secretaries. Please contact Wanda, our Registrar, if you have not received your key. These keys will need to be checked out and must be returned once your tenure as secretary is complete.
4PM UNDER THE BRIDGE
The meeting has grown and will now meet in the upstairs room.
BYLAWS
After much discussion spanning several months, the Group has decided that the current Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center Bylaws (implemented February 2020) are a 6th Tradition violation and that this can be ameliorated by reverting back to the February 2009 version of the Bylaws. This motion carried. The reinstated Bylaws can be found here.
NEW GSR
We would like to thank Dan, our new GSR, for volunteering his time and being willing to fill such an important position. Thank you for being of service!
