7th Tradition & Group Treasurer Report
Our Treasurer reports that our net income from 7th Tradition Donations for the month is ($1,622.28). We would like to thank each of our members for their generosity!

From the Board
The upstairs room has had new carpet installed and the kitchen will be completed this week (11/18-11/24). Next up is the carpet and paint downstairs. A time-frame for the renovation will be given once a quote has been obtained. The Board is also looking into creating a subcommittee for fundraising.
ELECTIONS for three open positions on the Board will be held at the next Steering Committee Meeting (12/15/24). Anyone interested in the positions must be present.

New report has been placed in all secretary binders and extras can be found on the wall downstairs.

Our Zoom was having issues last week due to updates, but it is back up and should be working normally.

Upcoming Events
THANKSGIVING MARATHON MEETINGS AND POTLUCK
Meetings will be held every hour on the hour from 6 am – 11 pm.
Potluck dinner begins at 11 am.
A sign-up sheet is available downstairs if anyone wants to volunteer to lead any of the meetings or to bring a dish for the potluck. We will also be accepting donations for ham, turkey, etc. and decorations.

HOLIDAY MARATHON MEETINGS
Christmas Eve starting at 5 pm.
Christmas Day from 6 am – 11 pm.
New Years Day 6 am – 11 pm.

SPRING CLEANING
Michael has generously volunteered to spearhead the next spring cleaning of the facility. Volunteers will be needed. Details to follow.
