Important Announcements from the DEcember 18th Steering Committee Meeting:
Holiday Marathon Potluck & Meetings:
Planning for this year’s Christmas and New Years’ Potluck & Marathon Meetings is underway! We cannot wait to see everyone come together in fellowship this holiday season.
- Christmas Day Potluck & Marathon Meetings
- Marathon meetings will be held every hour, on the hour, starting at 6AM on Christmas Day. The last meeting will begin at 11PM
- Free food and beverages will be provided until 5PM
- All secretary slots for meetings are filled but we are in need of general volunteers on Christmas Day
- New Years Eve & Day Potluck Marathon Meetings
- New Years Eve: Marathon meetings will be held starting at 7PM until the last meeting beginning at 11PM. Pizza will be provided on New Years Eve.
- New Years Day: Marathon meetings will begin at 6AM, with the last meeting beginning at 11PM. Potluck food and beverages will be provided on New Years Day.
- Sign up sheets for secretaries, volunteers and potluck food/supply donations will be available in the downstairs lobby and upstairs meeting room.

All secretaries please be on the lookout for the downstairs whiteboard being revised in the next few weeks. When this happens, please add your name to your meeting AND email your contact info to registrar@saddlebackfellowship.com. Email the following info in this order:
- Meeting Day & Time (Name of meeting)
- First name & Last Initial
- Preferred Email address
- Phone #
- Sobriety Date
