Important Announcements from the Steering Committee Meeting:

7th Tradition & Group Treasurer Report

Our Treasurer reports that our net income from 7th Tradition Donations for the month is ($359.19). We are back in the green and would like to thank our members for their generosity!

Our DECEMBER 2025 SVFG P&L Statement can be found here.

From the Board

Minutes from the JANUARY 18TH Board Meeting can be found here.

Debby has retired from her Board Treasurer position, which is being filled by Sandy. Thank you Debby for your service!

Rent for Suites 101 and 200 will be increasing in 2026, so the Board will hold off on flooring until we have 2 months of rent saved up.

Memberships are available! Anyone interested in becoming a contributing member of the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center can find more information here.

The Board will be sponsoring a Membership Drive with a target goal of 250 members, which will enable us to hire a club manager. Details to follow.

A printed guide for signing up for a membership is available upstairs and can also be found here. This guide has a QR code that takes you directly to the Membership Registration page.

Secretary Announcements

Welcome to our new group of Meeting Secretaries that were voted in and started in January!

Theft is still a problem. Any members with information on the thefts of the 7th Tradition donations are encouraged to come forward to either the Steering Committee Chair, the Board, or to fill out a Discipline Request Form. Paper forms are available in the first floor hallway on a table to the right. An electronic form can be submitted at this link.

Individual meetings are encouraged to take additional actions to mitigate theft, including walking the baskets around, etc. Meeting Secretaries can take a group conscience to vote on the way they wish to address it.

Our Registrar would also like to remind everyone that any Secretaries abusing their keys will have their privileges revoked. Keys are for opening the room during your designated meeting time, not for opening the building whenever and loitering.
