The Board is continuing to work on fundraising activities and encouraging as many members as possible to create accounts to assist with sign-ups at the upcoming Pancake Breakfast. Volunteers will also be present at bingo to support these efforts.
A Trusted Servants Committee meeting was held to address disruptive behavior and review discipline reports for the Board.
The Board is in the process of ordering shirts to ensure adequate stock for the pancake breakfast.
Preparations are underway for the Alateen event in June, and they are currently collecting donations to send two Alateen members to the convention.
The Board has also been working on resolving the upstairs lighting issue and have now identified the cause. They are obtaining bids from professionals to complete the repairs.
Additionally, They are exploring options to establish a credit card for the nonprofit to build credit history, which will support future plans to purchase property. Chad will be researching loan requirements for this long-term goal and has also volunteered to take over key-holding responsibilities from Wanda.
Finally, efforts are ongoing to align and finalize all three leases.

Our phone lists haven’t been updated in quite a while. Our Registrar will put in a note on the secretary announcement sheets letting each meeting know that they can create their own phone list and submit the list to webmaster@saddlebackfellowship.com if they would like a QR code that links to the list online.
