About

The Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center is the non-profit 501(C)(4) corporation that conducts all business and legal affairs under the direction of the Board. The Center is NOT directly affiliated with AA/Al-Anon as a whole and exists so that the Saddleback Valley Fellowship Group can maintain its singleness of purpose.

Bylaws

The Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center Bylaws (updated February of 2020) can be downloaded here. These bylaws outline the purpose and classification of the Center (Article II); provide the rules regarding the number, qualifications, terms of office, duties, and the election of Board Members (Article III) and Officers (Article IV); The Bylaws also provide information on the meeting structure (Article V), parliamentary procedure (Article VI), the process of revising and/or amending the Bylaws (Article VII), the fiscal responsibilities of the Board (Article VIII), the process in the event of the dissolution of the 501(C) (Article IX), and the Code of Conduct for the Common Welfare (Article X).
