To ensure the safety and security of everyone attending meetings at Saddleback Valley Fellowship Center, the Board has set the following Meeting Conduct and Discipline Guidelines.
Meeting Conduct & Discipline Guidelines
If there is a serious concern for the health and/or safety of anyone, call the authorities. Such circumstances are:

- Someone has collapsed

- Brandishing a weapon

- Extreme threats or acts of violence

- Acts of property damage
If the authorities have been brought in, please notify both boardchair@saddlebackfellowship.com and
steeringchair@saddlebackfellowship.com. Please also call or text the Board Chair.
All our members should behave with love and tolerance however if not, and this cannot be handled within the meeting, disciplinary action maybe required. Acts that may cause a disciplinary action are:

- Use of illegal drugs on premises

- Displaying weapons on the premises

- Repeatedly disrupting meetings to the point where the meeting cannot proceed

- Acts of property damage

- Dogs (must be a service dog, must be on a leash)

- Smoking/vaping (vaping is treated like smoking, and only in designated area)

- Repeated unwanted sexual advances
If disciplinary action is necessary, the secretary shall fill out a discipline request form, which can be completed below or paper forms are available in the club.
